Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal baked goods, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our bakery. If your treats arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Upon arrival, please immediately check your package for any signs of transit damage or missing items from your order.
- 2.Document Issues
Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the exterior packaging, as these are required for us to process a claim with our couriers.
- 3.Contact Customer Support
Send an email to our team with your order number and the attached photos within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our bakery team will review your request and issue a store credit, refund, or ship a fresh replacement within 3-5 business days.
