How should I store my baked goods?

Our brownies and blondies are best kept in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 10 days. For longer storage, they can be frozen for up to 3 months.

Do you offer nationwide shipping?

Yes, we ship our treats across the entire country using tracked postal services. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days of being placed.

Are your products suitable for people with allergies?

While we offer some products made without specific allergens, all our treats are produced in a kitchen that handles nuts, wheat, milk, eggs, and soya. We cannot guarantee a 100% nut-free environment.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Absolutely! You can add a personalized gift message at the checkout stage, which we will print and include inside your box of treats.

What happens if I am not home for delivery?

Our packaging is designed to fit through most standard letterboxes; however, larger bundles may require someone to be home. If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions.

Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
